Site Accessibility
Our festival is held in a medieval town that has some uneven paths, steps and sloping streets, but we are determined to make access as easy as possible for all who come to the festival.
Visitors who have carers are entitled to a free ticket for their carer. These are available from the Fast Track ticket collection office on the Quayside oppposite The Liverpool Arms. The free tickets are available with a valid wristband and carer’s registration certificate.
Wheelchair User with Assistance The majority of venues are accessible to a wheelchair user who can independently power their wheelchair.
Mobility Impaired Walker The majority of the venues have level access- except Conwy Castle.
Guide Dogs & Assistance Dogs Guide Dogs & Assistance Dogs are permitted into all areas.
Parking for Disabled Visitors There are parking bays for disabled people in the town's public car parks.
First Aid
First aid is available by contacting any of our stewards stationed at all event sites.
