Bryn Williams headlines our Seafood Kitchen

We're delighted to announce that chef Bryn Williams will be back in the Feast's demonstration kitchen this year.

Bryn first took part in the festival in 2006, shortly after representing Wales in the Great British Menu, and cooking for the Queen as part of the winning team of four chefs.


Now chef patron at Odette's Restaurant, Primrose Hill, and at Bryn Williams at Porth Eirias, the Denbigh-born chef is a renowned chef in his own right.

Bryn will be cooking in the Seafood Kitchen, on Conwy Quayside at 11.30am on Saturday.
