Food & Drink 2018: Demonstration Kitchens

We have not one, but two demonstration areas: our Feast Kitchen on Conwy quayside, and our Producers' Kitchen in the River Food Hall.

Our sizzling line-up of local talent will tempt you with their culinary creations. Here’s a taste of who’ll be appearing!

  • Rufus and Kate
    Back again this year, our double-act will be using ingredients available at the Feast.
  • Andy Tabberner, The Bull, Beaumaris, Anglesey
    This award-winning, boundary-pushing head chef was crowned Junior Chef of Wales 2015.
  • Jason Hughes, Chateau Rhianfa, Anglesey
    Not only has head chef Jason worked with Gordon Ramsay, this year he’s competing on The Great British Menu.
  • Neil Davis, Catch 22, Anglesey
    A talented young chef driven by his passion for food, and the renowned inventor of the ‘Snickers’ Trifle.
  • Chris Tull, The Erskine Arms, Conwy
    Local produce features heavily on the menu of homemade classics and seasonal specials at this Georgian coaching inn.
  • David Owen, Midland Tapas Restaurant and Bar, Beaumaris, Anglesey
    Voted ‘Best Mediterranean Establishment’ at The Food Awards Wales 2018 and now opening in Conwy!
  • Steve Hewitt chocolatier
    Award-winning chocolatier and pastry chef Steve is back this year with a feast of sweet treats.
  • Enrico Messora
    Heritage Cheese Company, Borough Market Enrico will be pairing our Welsh craft beers with his traditional British cheeses.
  • Sarah Davies and Arwel Jones, Culinary Association of Wales
    This partnership of professional chefs and caterers works to promote excellence in professional cooking in Wales.
